Since WinBazarBD is a multi-vendor marketplace, each vendor manages their own product listings and delivery schedules.

  • Orders may be shipped directly by the vendor or through our verified delivery partners.
  • In cases where multiple vendors are involved, products may arrive in separate packages.
  • Delivery time and cost may vary depending on the vendor’s location, product type, and delivery method.

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across most major cities and towns in Bangladesh.
Some remote or rural areas may have limited delivery coverage or extended delivery times.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days
    Delivery timelines may vary depending on vendor handling time, product availability, and courier performance.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are set by the individual vendors or delivery partners and displayed during checkout.
  • In some cases, vendors may offer free delivery based on promotions or order value.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is confirmed, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email/SMS with order details.
  • A tracking number or link (where applicable) to monitor delivery status.

If tracking is unavailable, our support team can assist you in checking order progress.


6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Delays may occur due to:

  • Unavailability of products
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Courier service interruptions or weather conditions

If your order is delayed, our customer service team will inform you and help resolve the issue promptly.


7. Delivery Confirmation

A successful delivery will be confirmed by:
